We can’t say enough about the support Midwest Automotive Designs has provided after the sale. Being able to speak with a live person is very unusual in a non customer service world.

We absolutely love our van and have been extremely impressed with MAD’s support. The customer service they provide, especially at the rallies, is incredible. They go above and beyond to make sure their owners are happy. I feel so fortunate to have happened into this brand by accident. My favorite part is that this little unit is fully loaded with a shower and flushing toilet. No cassette toilets for me, thank you!

I bought a new Midwest Passage 144 last summer. I didn't use it much but recently drove from Wisconsin to Florida and it seemed like there were some setting issues since some of the things were not working properly. I called a local RV dealer in Florida and they couldn't get me in for 2 months. So I called Midwest Automotive Designs to see what the warranty process was and where I can schedule an appointment. Oh btw, I called the original dealer that I purchased from because I thought they could walk me through on the phone but the tech never called me back. So I was transferred to Jason Kelly at Midwest Automotive Designs and he said that he can probably help me over the phone. I was delighted to hear that since that would save me time from having to take it to a dealer and having to drive back 20 hours without some functions working. Jason spent over an hour an a half working with me reseting settings, disconnecting fuses, resetting panels, etc. I felt so bad for taking so much of his time and honestly felt like quitting but he never wavered and was confident that we can resolve everything. Sure enough, after over 90 minutes, we got everything working properly. Most likely when I let the batteries drain without enough usage the settings got out of whack. He explained that I should have it plugged in when not in use for an extended period of time which I will definitely do in the future. I cannot express enough how professional, knowledgeable, and patient Jason Kelly was and how great I feel about Midwest Automotive Designs after our interaction. Jason Kelly, thank you so much! You are the best!

I want to thank you and acknowledge the excellent customer service that Midwest has provided me. While traveling on a long distance trip with my Limo, we encountered a control problem with the Crestron. Kenny immediately got the ball rolling to replace the electronics pre-installed with our custom control software and arranged for Travis to overnight the parts to our hotel. We traded out the box, and immediately fixed the problem. I was very impressed with the expediency and the professional manner by which the team conducted itself. As you know this is my second Midwest Limo and I’m sure we’ll be designing a third sometime in the near future.

We decided to visit the MAD factory before our purchase. What we found was amazing, the state of the art facility, more than 100 employees, Upholsters building seats, wood workers finishing exotic wood tables. What we found was most impressive, was the dozens and dozens of Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans being constructed. Not Escalades, Dodge or Ford vans, Just acres of Sprinters, It was AMAZING.

If you look at it in terms of billable hours, hiring a driver and traveling in this kind of office-on-wheels is the smartest thing you can do. Every hour I’m in transit is now a productive hour. And I’m not having to work when I get home. I’m relaxed, and I spend more time with my family.

It’s been my privilege to work with Midwest Automotive Designs since 2010. The quality, content mix, and dealer support are the best I’ve experienced in my over 30 years as a Truck Sales Manager and Sprinter Sales Manager. The difference between Midwest and the rest is what happens when anything stops working; they are a true partner who engages you and your staff to get the vehicle operational again!!
