I'm Joan. In June 2022, I purchased a new Midwest van and escaped the Florida heat on a trip to several national parks in the Pacific Northwest. My travels usually include my Labradoodle, Lucy, and could be a long weekend or up to five weeks away from home! Much learning and fun supported my van experience by attending a Florida RV Our Way rally in Ocala and a rally to Elkhart, Indiana which included an exciting tour to see van builds in action! In just two years I’ve traveled over 42,000 miles and visited family, friends, and dozens of national and state parks across 47 states! I've learned so much about how to travel, increased my respect and appreciation for my van build, and now have a new community of friends.

I’m Shane. In 2022 I purchased a Midwest van and attended the RV Our Way rally in Texas. I lead a non- profit company, Fishing’s Future, and travel to our 66 Chapters around the country teaching families how to fish. Last year I spent 150 nights in my van. Along the way I’ve used this community to understand how my van operates, have fun and make new friends. We’re trying to build something special – and it’s working.
